For leaders and politicians it is essential, and has served the best leaders such as Lincoln and Churchill.
Magnanimity is one of the virtues that promotes ethical conduct(whether personal or professional conduct) to the highest level. So, If we exhibit magnanimity towards others through our actions, you can imagine the positive rippling effect. The world will be a much better place for all.
In our present time as a member of society every human beings feel for the calm ,quite & peaceful environment , for this every members & humanities have to carry out their own introspection & play their part for the peaceful atmosphere within & outside the family .
With this such society should developed their part not merely by remain their identity as a society but they have to offer their program by giving their message which may prove to be an inspiring message for the member of society . Besides they have to make a program while all the associate member may remain in attending the same so as to receive the joyful & pleasurable while leaving the program .
In the said environment members have their time for carrying out their introspection & find out the right manner of correlated with the conscious mind .
This is my personal opinion
It affects positively on the mind of both, those show it and those become benefitted from it.
It is the most important aspect of magnanimity.
Disinterestedness, generosity, solidarity and well-being for all.
What role magnanimity can play in our society?
Magnanimity or generosity is something that we should play our part to restore our society economically (bridging the rich & poor) & technologically (bridging the digital divide). Think many people understand the concept but we need actionable execution to see the result.
