What are the basic prerequisite characteristics of creative English teachers in order to bring about a creative classroom?

One author I have read says that creativity means innovation. Doing something differently from the way everyone else does it. Because it is different or unusual, it can be more motivating to students.
Of course, it still needs to fulfill course and curriculum requirements, and not be SO different that students are intimidated or demotivated. It can sometimes be difficult to find the right balance.

Variety can also characterize a creative teacher. When the teacher doesn't want to act similarly in all his/her classrooms, s/he tries to be creative.

-Good and high level of knowledge .
-Experience.
-Good content .
-Smart.
