I don't think that quartics would be adequate to collect data and present Working Memory Capacity tasks (operation, complex span or letter-number task) or Raven's tasks? What software tool or resources can you recommend for placing cognitive tasks on M-turk?

The most recent version of tatool-web includes m-turk functionality. See http://www.tatool-web.com for information about the platform.
As a quick example of what you can do with it, go to http://www.cognitivetools.uk/cognition/browser-based/ and see the tasks at the bottom of the screen with 'launch demo' links. You can see that you can pass ID numbers as a parameter in these links and upon completion participants are given a unique identifier to use as evidence of completion of the HIIT.
Personally not used M-Turk so cannot comment on the functionality between t-web and m-turk but as a task dev tool t-web is incredibly useful.
