Air-paddy Separator Cyclone separator was used as air paddy separator.

Design of the cyclone separator was based on the diameter (d) of the

suction pipe and the recommended typical proportion of cyclone separator . Dimension of the cyclone separator was determined using EQN 1- EQN 3

Db= Du/3----EQN 3

where: D =diameter of the suction pipe, mm

L =height of the cylindrical portion, mm

Lc =height of the conical portion, mm

Db =bottom diameter of conical portion, mm

Du =upper diameter of the conical portion,
