Hello, my name is Bianca and as a project for university I have assigned the manufacturing of antimicrobial toothpaste- quality control department. I tried to research online but I could not find what in particular I have to consider while assessing it in terms of quality control. If someone would be able to help me it would be very much appreciated!

I also caution re. the above method for in vitro efficacy. ZOI has nothing to do woth QC and , tho' an easy assay, it's doutful as a valid surrogate measure of antimicrobial toothpaste efficacy in vivo.
