Hello Juan Fernando Hernandez ,

I have explored one option but not used yet.

You can buy ready made sugar candy making machine and put a temperature controller on heater to control the temperature and can make fibers out of PP. Diameter of fiber can be controlled by opening in feed pot and size of the outer bowl.
