Use the traditional Langmuir-Blodgett method to create a monolayer.

To begin, prepare a liquid bath with barriers to create your MоS2 monolayer. To achieve this, drop a small amount of liquid onto the surface of the liquid (water), allowing it to spread out into a thin layer.

Next, apply pressure to the monolayer using the barriers to form a dense layer.

Once you have the condensed monolayer, lower your substrate plate onto a wire.

Again, apply pressure to the barriers and lift the plate upwards, bringing the monolayer with it.
