What online psychological counselling are available for India based children who are runaways, orphans, juveniles ?

For girls and boys in age group 9 to 18 need psycological counsellors for children living in orphanages, juvenile homes, transit home for rum away children and other children who have no proper adults around for guidance. Preferably from Hyderabad. Are some modules are available that we can use without an expert?
