Quality education is a pre-requisite to produce quality human resource. As far as Soil Science education is concerned, many of us realize the necessity of its modernization and strengthening, not only to produce quality researchers, teachers and other professionals but also to enhance the relevance of Soil Science to the society as a whole. Your comments and suggestions are welcomed.
Dear Dr: I think that there are several ways to improve the development in the human resources quality, as teachers, professors and researchers, and according to me, they are related with the permanent contact and actualization in the Soil Science advances, specially (and more important) in direct contact with the agricultural production.
