What multivariate methods should I use to know the effect of a certain variable

Hello, I have a question about a case that I want to study

country (nominal score) IV
deaths (cuantitative)
score (ordinal) IV
vacine A-D (cuantitative)
recovered (cuantitative)
PBI (cuantitative)
PEA (cuantitative)
INMIGRANT (percentage)
Other (cuantitatives)

For example, I want to know how the effect of Score and deaths affects the other variables.

I tried to use PCA to reduce but I have not decided yet which multivariate method to use
