Hi, if my question points to the following , n questions

  • questionnaire 1 to n |1 2 3 4 5 6 | -> attention quality
  • questionnaire 2 to n | 1 2 3 4 5 | -> Satisfaction

In Attention quality

in the first questionnaire the scale is

1 very bad 2 bad 3 something bad 4 something good 5 good 6 Very good

In Satisfaction,

1 nothing satisfied 2 little satisfied 3 something satisfied 4 satisfied 5 very satisfied

As can be seen, the questionnaires have different dimensions of likert scale, correlation between cause and effect can be applied "quality of attention and satisfaction" referring to these questionnaires
