What multi variable statistical analysis can be used to compare blood pressure before and after a given therapy?

I have a cohort of 40 patients with BP measurement before and after the therapy. I use the "paired-T-test" for the analysis. The question is there a way to run "multivaraible" paired analysis?

what statistical test/regression would you recommend to use?
