If we are continue measuring the voltage every day. At what time or day during operation we should measure polarization behavior? or we should measure at the end of the reaction?

You can measure different overpotentials by obtaining the polarization curve. These overpotentials include activation, ohmic, and concentration losses. The occurrence of the overshoot phenomenon can also be investigated by studying the polarization curve. To draw this curve, all you need to do is obtaining a stable potential for each external resistance. Reaching the stable potential is affected by various factors. These may include the strain's type, bio-electrochemical system assembly, type of operation, etc.
