Does anyone know what molecular events in NSCLC with Kras mutation micro-environment determine if a tumor is eliminated?
. . . assuming that cancer is a molecular disease---which it is not (from my point of view)---any "molecular event" contributing to the tumor cell death (programmed or otherwise) contributes to the tumor elimination.
