what type of solvent needed since I need to change that powder form so that I can spin coat and form thin film. After a few reading, I found out that NMP is one of suitable solution. Or maybe tolune.Really need explaination or idea. Thank you

the linked thread indeed contains some helpful information; for the above carbon black / PAni related question, I suggest to try DMSO and CS2 (dispersion should be done using ultrasound)
To change the powder form to liquid, I tried a mixture of water and ethanol of ratio 2.3:1 or u can use 3:1 ratio. the mixture was completely dispersed and stable.
