I am currently trying to find a material for the calorimetry thermistor, the wider band gap would indicate higher temperature coefficient of resistance. But at the same time, I don't want the resistivity to be too high, since this would influence my SNR. Does anyone know any material that has the characteristic suited to my need. The mobility of the material need to be really high.

The electron mobility also depends on the crystallographic structure of the material. ITO is absolutely the magic material being transparent (4eV) and conductive at the same time. It is largely used for optical applications such as lcd TV screens for example.
In my opinion ZnO can also be a good choice. research more about it.
Any so-called transparent conducting oxide (TCO) would work. ITO is the most well-known, but Al-doped ZnO (AZO) and fluorine-doped SnO2 (FTO) I think work too.
Other high-band-gap semiconductors like SiC, GaN, GaP exist but to my knowledge they don't reach the same resisitivity values as the TCOs.
