Shyness is an invaluable trait of human psyche, an instinct characteristics too; indicates generosity and personality; a precious and prestigious Gift from our Creator. But its excessive isn't desired while critical deficit is indecent as well.
Most times it is the upbringing although with serious help one can overcome shyness using behavioral therapy methods. For some others the shyness is circumstantial, i.e., they feel shy in certain situations only such as public speaking and not so in other environments.
