I am using unsaturated moiety attached to the arginine amino acid

Arginine amino acid derviatives under go methylation to form 5-methyl-arginine, and hydroxylation to form c-gamma-hydroxy arginine. Homoarginine is also formed by opposite shifting of =NH2+
