Political and channel/newspaper policy pressure is the most painful one.

Agreed qurrat journalists are facing multiple problems, the major one is of life threat and off course henna organizational pressure is another one where journalists are not allowed to uncover truth due to untold reasons.

There are several problems being still faced by the journalists in this regard:

there personal security

there family security

there confrontations with high ups with the covered issues when the high ups are influenced by the authoritative peoples

there confrontation to threats while investigating a real cause to any crime case

there confrontation to feudals while covering the real cause against their interests

Media do not believe in press freedom rather their own freedom in terms of business growth,taxes exemption and lot more power enjoy patterns.Although press freedom should be measured in terms of news,content and visual production and hence broadcasting items.Gate keeping is a big laughter for media gurus,if a reporter or director producer or write exclusive then he has to go through his office policies which are highly questionable,and pressure they faced in producing or writing are their own business.

The channel owner is the director of the news channel and though some of them have no idea of the news operations, stll they control it, thats when disaster happens.

Commercial interests of media owners are also some of the snags in practicing press freedom.
