i want to do a comparative study on effectiveness of endoscope assistance during CPA surgery. here i am searching that what kind of neuro vascular complications can be prevented through endoscopic assisted Cerebello pontine angle surgery during excision of CPA tumors.
Dear Adnan, The CPA can be divided into three levels - the cranial, medial, and caudal, and each level contains specific neurovascular structures. While doing neuro endoscopy, if you know the structures, You can easily achieve complete safe resection becuase with endoscope, you can see those things that are missed with microscope.
I definitely have an interest in your topic, as I was close to Peter Jannetta.
