I plan to evaluate the effect of some plants on gouty inflammation by using MSU and/or LPS as inducer.
This depends what you mean by gouty inflammation - crystal induced arthritis or MSU deposits in skin (tophi) which rarely become inflamed. Synoviocytes in first case, and granulocytes in second case would be my suggestion

In this research, i define gouty inflammation as crystal induced arthritis. My previous study has been done on cytokine release in MSU and LPS-stimulated PBMC. Now, i would like to be more focus on gouty inflammation by using cell line that will represent the gout condition.

If you want to examine the anti-inflammatory properties of your plant compounds on MSU crystal-induced inflammation then monocytic cell lines might be your best choice. You can compare LPS- vs. MSU crystal -induced cytokine production (e.g. TNFa, IL-1beta, IL-8) using mouse RAW264.7 or human THP-1 monocytic cell lines. Good luck with your experiments!

my previous study has been done using PBMC. For my next project, i would like to use cell line that represent gout condition in the joint and then I will go to in vivo study. So that, i hope i'll get a good and well-related results between in vitro and in vivo.
