What do you mean?

At low magnification, a crystalline sample will show Bragg contrast as dominant contrast mechanism. At high resolution, this will change to phase contrast, resulting in lattice fringes ("atomic resolution").

If you have two overlapping lattices with different lattice constant or misorientation, you may observe Moiré contrast, even at lower magnification.

Play around with the objective aperture to vary the contrast.

@Aladin Ullrich Translational as well as Rotational Moire fringes both may be expected right??
