its simply known that in in binary alloys, during eutectic solidification,if we consider alpha(A rich) solid solution then it grows by diffusion of A atoms which are found to be rich in liquid/Beta(B rich) solid solution interface, so how to correlate this in HEAs , which are multicomponent systems?

In high Entropy Alloys(HEAs),i.e., that consist of five elements & so, the solidification of a molten alloy , at the eutectic point (molten temperature, composition of the alloy), normally takes place at very high cooling rate, i.e., freezing the molten alloy on a wheel surface, in which the wheel has liquid Nitrogen. As a result, a thin film of a HEA,with lamellae thickness, will be produced rather than normal cast alloy. The benefit of freezing the molten alloy is to produce amorphous to partially amorphous alloys of high entropy characteristics.
As far as the thermodynamics of HEAs, the HEAs have disordered to partially disordered- atomic structures. This implies that the HEAs have
high entropy characteristics, i.e., thermodynamically instable , in a transition, i.e., meta-materials, between two phases, have exceptionally physical/chemical properties, but , the properties are not in a steady state condition, i.e., the properties are changing as a function of time or aging.
Last but not least, in my opinion, the HEAs don't complies with conditions/constrained assumption s of continuum mechanics.

Despite the detailed and comprehensive answers of Dr. Habib, I still misunderstanding your question. “Difference in lamella thickness”? Which one? Between what and what? Which structure have you obtained and cannot explain now?
Normally, eutectic lamella’s thickness depends both on cooling rate and species (diffusing atoms) diffusivity. That remains correct for ternary, quaternary and multi-component eutectic structures. Have you obtained a few different kinds of eutectic structure? Do you want to compare them?
