Excisional Biopsy with IHC
If palpable LN, then excision and staining H&E and if adenocarcinoma confirmed then IHC. If non palpable then US guided FNAC.
hopefully benign- we would proceed to US guided core biopsy -
breast/lymphoma markers etc
