A pionnering Ms. research using the hindered amine AMP for CO2 capture. The work was completed in 1984 and still cited by some researchers. In the 80's the research was for gas purification but the research is now for global warming.
The top choice would be influencing the academic years of my students and their initial decisions toward career entry .... otherwise, I've co-authored textbooks in multiple subjects.

Park's Optimized Nurse Staffing (Sweet Spot) Estimation Theory has the three main constructs that are objective concepts such as patient outcomes (e.g. mortality), direct cost (e.g. personnel expenditure), and nurse staffing (e.g. a number of nurses, nurses' workloads, or a composition of the nursing professionals). It took 5 years for me to develop the theory because nurse scientists are unfamiliar with micro/mathematical economics and operations research (mathematical programming, i.e., optimization). The paper won a Nursing Policy Scholarly Award from the Korean Nurses Association in Feb 2018 and also it is featured on the recent front cover of the Journal of Advanced Nursing (Top 5% SCI-indexed nursing journal):

i am working on different citrus peel to extract pectin.. and then utilization of that pectin in mango jam.. to check its physicochemical properties and its sensory evaluation... which is almost done :)
