I think you could try liquid-N2 tank. there is a gas vent on the tank you could use.

This is a fair question and always worth considering, as N2 is going to be the most consumed gas in these setups.

If the door is going to be opened several times a day I might stray away from a standard Tri-gas incubator and lean more toward a workstation (ie something with arm ports). The issue with oxygen modulated incubators themselves is every time that large door on the front is opened you basically go from a low O2 value to a 21% O2 environment in seconds and it takes some time to get back to the preset values when the door is closed. To go from room air back down uses a considerably more gas than just maintaining low O2. There should also be a worry that if the door is opened several times a day the cells you are incubating may be facing unintended stress over and over as it takes time to get back to low O2 values.

If gas usage is a worry then the size of any system will also play a massive role in gas usage. Basically for an individual lab its worth considering how much space you truly need and trying not to go too large, as bigger systems (tri-gas or workstations) use considerably more gas day to day and it takes them far longer to get to the O2 values you set.

There are several good sized workstations on the market but for pure ease of getting items in and out it may be worth looking at one with a self regulating front entry door as this is more N2 economical (and user friendly) day to day than a transfer hatch. The video below demonstrates this.
