What is your indel percentage during CRISPR protoplast transfection?

I am performing CRISPR transfections in citrus protoplast using RNPs. I have seen about 0-29% indel percentages 24-48 hours post transfection using 40% PEG and different sgRNAs. I screen for edits by sanger sequencing PCR amplicons and using ICE analysis. I am curious if these percentages are common or if I am missing edits due to method of screening. I was expecting higher indels after using 200nM RNPs, but did not.
