Hi Cintia,

I have completed hundreds of transfections and by far, Fugene6 has been my favorite in terms of efficiency. I recently generated great data using dual transfection of 2 large plasmids into HEK293T using Fugene 6. I know you are looking for more affordable reagents, but this will go a long way :)
