Dear Pureda,

have you experience about use of rituximab in patients with myasthenia gravis ?

In Italy rituximab is not registred for this therapeutic use . And the experiences that I have read are anedoctical.

We follow a man with a serious MG that has had a sharp remission only with rituximab and not when we have used, according to neurologists, others "classical" drugs.
