Evaluation general and project evaluation, in particular - way of achieving this quality. If we do not understand how we work, how well what we are doing, we can not consider yourself a normal organization. We must learn to measure and evaluate:
- The quality of the organization
- The results that we manage to achieve
- Qualification of employees
- The effectiveness of the projects that we are implementing
- Achieving the objectives of the project
Why evaluation.
Ideally, evaluation
- Shows the successes achieved
- To determine weaknesses
- How the process, whether it is possible in another way, or should not be done at all
- Determine what can be changed or improved
- Improve the quality of receiving feedback
- Have a positive and lasting impact on participants
