Beside being the best search tool for research articles currently available, Scopus is also becoming the worst one.

Currently they are in the middle of rearranging their website (AGAIN!). It's been the third day that the Search tool is available for a couple of hours, then completely unavailable for the rest of the day.

1) Anyone else having this problem?

2) Does anyone have insider information from Scopus when they are expected to become normally available (at least for a couple of weeks without interruption)?

3) Does anyone have any idea how we could, as researchers, try to convince them that the functionality of their website is more important to us than being redesigned and rearranged 10 times a year?

Thanks in advance for helping.
