3) A brief account of what has been done in the laboratory. A lengthy procedure ought not be allowed in a report for a practical course.
4) The number(s) of unknown(s).
5) The concise results followed by proper conclusion(s).
The laboratory report must not contain scientific & linguistic mistakes. Typewriting the report can help a lot in avoiding mistakes.

I take it from your question that technology use will be dominant in your lesson delivery, so it should be dominant in your assessment. The latter can be either formative or summative. You can use a video analysis or asynchronous debate depending on your objective but both allow for higher order thinking on a topic.
