In my opinion, practical training has to be carried out effectively and related studies should gain more value. Education should be prioritized so that students can improve their life skills in daily life. Students should be encouraged to be solution-focused, think, develop themselves. Also, learning and research strategies should be taught and learning curiosity of students should be supported.
In my humble opinion, the starting point ought to be admitting that complexity exists within a system of higher education & that complexity is more negative than positive. If this opinion is accepted, then there is a problem that needs tackling.
I do not think that an environment of ambiguity, uncertainty and unpredictability "that is made by complicated approaches" will be welcome by both staff (academic or administrative) & students. No wise person will be pleased with continuous ensuing hardship & strive.
At this age of IT, many things (within educational setting) can be simplified or be run smoothly. Why some opt for a difficult rather than an easy pathway?
