What is the way to go for African Anatomists in view of the unacceptance of the IFAA recommendations on body donation for Anatomy research?

Most reported researches have shown a near zero tolerance for body donation practices in Africa. Cadaver sourcing is still by the crude age long methods which are not the recommendations of international Anatomy body.
