The extraordinatory profit oriented marketing of various unhealthy products is leading to changes in dietary habits affecting the health of communities. How can we combat this issue as health care professionals?

there was discussion linked to Brexit about UK cereals having a compulsory 'traffic light system on cereals.
I think a lot of people are aware of healthy eating but good advice falls on deaf ears. Something like this, on all food wrappings, would continually remind them and prick their consciousness particularly when shopping for the family.
Although the news was from 2018, I'm pretty sure that no legislation came about.
Usually in our busy opd we don't take dietary history of all the patients, but it's important. So to overcome it we can keep a nutritionist or we can take help of a counselor for the same.
It can be made compulsory to add a chapter on balanced diet in all the Schools.
