Graphene is usually a hydrophobic material, that is why it settles down after the completion of the reduction process, we will use some dispersive agents to make it disperse in water, but some papers reported that graphene is hydrophobic (graphene dispersed well without the use of any dispersing agent).

I doubt which is true, whether the dispersive agents change the graphene's properties?
