What is the typical period of division of BV-2 Microglia cell?

I am working on activation of BV-2 Microglia Cells. Need to know cell duplication rate to decide splitting ratio and dosage quantification.

Hello,

BV2 cells grows very fast. Within 48 h they grow 2-3 times then the cells you splited. The problem is you have to split the cells every 48h otherwise they will start to die after this time. Moreover, you should make two plates from one that means every 48 h you will have double amount of cells.
