I want to assess the purity of synthesized chemicals using relative quantification. The 1H signals of the analyte (synthesized chemical) and those of the impurities are known and distinguishable, so it should be easy to perform relative quantification. Can you please tell me what would be an appropriate Bruker parameter set?
I don't have any information about the T1 relaxation time of the analyte nor the impurities. I will just choose a long relaxation delay to be on the safe side.

The good news is that you can use the data that you already have and don't need to do anything special unless you want super accurate quantification. Your impurity is obviously closely related to your parent material and so will have very similar relaxation times. Just integrate the signal at 3.98 and compare it with the integral of the signal at about 4.2ppm. They are both multiplets (triplets?) and they are likely to be in very similar environments.
Nothing special needed - no very long relaxation delays (you are probably already using about 2s which will be enough).
Of course, you will only get the molar ratio of the compounds unless you know the structure (or at least the molecular weight) of the minor component. You also need to be sure that your minor component isn't dimeric and that you are really looking at equivalent signals.
Parametersets that start with P_ are for qNMR. P for purity or potency. you will find simple 1H and 1H with 13C decoupling.
