What is the treatment of choice in a colony of Wistar rats affecting mycoplasmosis?

I am involved in a job of maintaining animal house in a GLP lab. One colony is severely affected by mycoplasmosis and I need to de-colonize them. I want the proper schedule of treatment, dosage regimen, duration of treatment and fumigation.
