While the longitudinal permittivity of CNT is large, their transverse permittivity is much smaller. Does anyone have a ballpark figure for the (low-frequency limit) transverse permittivity. Either experimentally or theoretically obtained value will do for any type of CNT.

(I'm not studying CNT composites; I have an application where the transverse permittivity actually matters)

Thank you for your help.
