We know that, any particular PR can give a range of thicknesses depending on spin speed. However, this also means that there is an upper bound of thickness for each of them. Sometimes we use multiple layers (if compatible) to have thicker layers. Also, there are PRs (For example, AZ 40 XT) for which a single layer can go up to around 80 microns (there may be thicker ones).

I am just interested here to get some general overview about the spectrum of PR thickness used in micro fabrication community (irrespective of specific application).

Therefore, if that's alright, may I please ask, what is the thickest PR that you have ever used and / heard of and what did you use to successfully remove that afterwards? (it can be single layer or multi-layer)
