What is the test to find statistical significance of a difference between frequencies of occurrence of a disease before and after an exposure?

Can anyone help me with this?

I am trying to find the difference between the total numbers hospitalized (3-4 centres) before and after the lockdown. There is no denominator in this. Just the counts. Which test will be appropriate to find the statistical significance in the difference in numbers before and after the lockdown?
