We are able to pump/spray the UHPC matrix (without fibers) with a small (lab scale) progressive cavity pump (PFT SWING M). However, it is not possible to use the same pump when the UHPC is reinforced with fibers especially with steel fibers. I am wondering if anyone has the experience of pumping/spraying Ultra-High Performance Concrete (UHPC) reinforced by steel fibers (or any other types of fibers). Thanks.

Putzmeister SIKA PM500. Sika also provides for Dry and Wet spraying of concrete.

Stevyn Akosubo : Thanks for your answer. The Putzmeister SIKA PM500 looks good. However, it is too big. I am looking for a small-scale pump which can be used in the laboratory. Any suggestion? Thanks.
