Dear all,
For a special application, I am looking for a cementitious binder in the form of paste (or mortar with very fine sand less than 100 micron) that can be set (harden) very quickly (let say in 5 min or less). I am looking for a binder in powder form which can be mixed with ONLY WATER to make the paste, so CAN'T use accelerator solution, unless it comes in powder form.
I am thinking of using a proper combination of materials such as Fondu cement, OPC, Hydrated lime, Gypsum (or plaster of Paris) to control the setting time of the binder. Any comment on the proper combination of these materials or other materials?
Any help/comment/feedback is really appreciated.

You can use a ternary binder CSA (or CAC) - OPC - calcium sulfate, which sets within a few minutes. If you need longer working times you can use an organic retarder such as tartaric acid or citric acid.
