On my research, I am working with 2 systems . The first system use Photomultiplier Tubes (PMT) and the second uses SiPM (MPPC). What is the suitable pre-amp can use for both?. And i want to know what is the specifications when i choose pre-amp? Thank you.

Some questions to ask when searching for a solution, or designing a suitable amplifier.:
What are your performance requirements for the pre-amplifier? What gain and is the gain fixed? If not, can it be mechanically switched or must it be programmable? What bandwidth or rise and fall times are needed? Do you need DC or AC coupling?
Are you working in photon counting mode, or do you need a continuous analog output? Do you need a pulse energy discrimination capability, as shown in the link from Aswin kumar Anbalagan?
What is the output capacitance of your MPCC? Larger area devices tend to have higher capacitance, and a pre-amplifier designed for 50 pF or lower source capacitance may not be suitable for use with a 1280 pF MPCC.
What is the pre-amplifier connected to? Is it a relatively high impedance device, or does it present a 50 Ohm load? Do you need to drive a long coaxial cable or other low impedance line?
