I have amide derivatives of glycyrrhizic acid and I want to purify these products but that's products still have water what is the suitable method to remove water from the products to use column chromatography for purification after that?
If running column chromatography (either automated flash or glass columns), try "dry loading". Dissolve you sample in a solvent, mix with 3-4x the weight of silica, then rotary evaporate to dryness. Add to your solid load cartridge (automated flash) or add to the top of your glass column before adding the sand on top. Run your column as normal. Any remaining water will stick to the silica, and your compound will elute.
This link shows one way to keep the silica out of your rotary evaporator trap, and has links to solid loading: https://www.teledyneisco.com/en-us/chromatography/blog/keep-silica-out-of-your-bump-trap
