Is there a specific hydrological model for simulation sub-catchment area that are including RWH structures in arid regions and how will adapt or deal with the changes of climate (local CC) ?. In other words I need to assess RWH structure for different climate change scenarios.
I think the first issue to consider is the boundary conditions of the sub-catchment in question. I mean how to represent or separate accurately the boudary conditions of the sub-catchment from the main catchment. Once this is achieved and you have a reliable discharge, spatial soil and climatic data, I advise you use a physically based conceptual or deterministic model. Simple or black box models is not an option.

I think also MIKE-SHE could be an option. But as far as I know it is not a user friendly software. The difference between MIKE-SHE and HECHMS is that, the first is a distributed model, while the second is a lumped model. You need to look at your specific problem and see which type of modelling you need to tackle the problem.
You can to build the water balance taking into account the different hydraulic structures of collection and transfer water from one part of the watershed to another. This our methology and tools (to compute a basic water balance of any district of the river basin) described in the chapter 3 "The Methodology of the Build and Forecasting Balance of Water Management of District Basin River" (there are models, algorithms, maps and the real example for Southern Booh (Bug) river) of my monography (2014) (only Ukrainian)
Now we (with our colleagues-meteorologists) will improve the methodology for calculating the balance in view of climate change up to 2050 (in the OSCE project for Dniester basin). The task we have is to the end of autumn 2015.
