I tried with the purification but could purify it partially as there are so many isoforms that its confusing. i did the LC-MS but could not co-relate the fragmentation pattern with reported literature. Can you tell me the solvent system used fpr HPLC. I used Acetonitrile: water (60:40) in 0.1 % TFA.

May not be commercially available from any source. Search for publications on Fengycin on the specific bacillus and contact the corresponding authors, this may be the only way. Many of these compounds are quite difficult to extract and purify.
