What is the spiking protocol we have to follow it to detect LOD / LLOQ) in rare event flow cytometric assays such as ( CD34 enumeration ) ?!
Mr. Badri,
The spiking protocol is based on experimental design where you contaminate the sample, and determine the matrix effects.
The spiking is used mainly to calculate the recovery. You can check this papers to understand the LOD/LOQ calculation as well as recovery.
