Government of India has come with the idea of controlling corruption by introducing the idea of demonetization of Indian currency notes. This is another way of fooling the common citizens in India. It gave the way to transform their currency asset to some other form through some transaction with minimum loss. Mainly the corrupted money is used for getting government position and promotion, buying gold and immovable assets. For executing the process of doing corruption against government they all have some goons in their control to threaten and kill the persons who are not supporting it. Sometimes some of the goons are clever and paid more. This is usual way of dealing the goons and Indian government officials. But some of the goons and Indian government officials are not satisfied only with paying more money. They ask Indian government officials and scientists to offer their daughter and wife for their physical satisfaction and help them to find permanent position and promotion in indian government offices. In this way both got benefited physically but the reputation of family system in India is gone. It is need that Indian government should take the victims under custody and rehabilitate them.
Solution for controlling corruption in India is indian government should announce the families of corrupted Indian government officials and scientists as the victim of prostitution and treat them under war time rescue. They were used by the goons for various self benefits of male dominated corrupted officials.
The goons are home grown by these higher officials and they also should be recovered by this announcement. By this way half of the Indian officials will change and others are requested to share the relationship with Indian goons after marrying their wife or daughter.
Many scientists are acting against corruption in social media and news papers but not resigning their jobs to show their opinion against corruption.

With regard to corruption, I really believe that other ways will be developed by criminal minds in absence of any cash. As you pointed out, employment of relatives may be one of these ways. Also, bribes may be delivered in valuable metals (gold) and expensive gifts, luxury accommodation, leisure activities or international travel opportunities. These various forms of bribes can be probably conducted by business entities that can hide such spending as business expenses, even if paid without any cash.
